1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Wrong products shipped.

    • Defective or damaged products due to manufacturing or courier issues.

  • No return accepted for size, color differences, or minor defects not affecting functionality.

  • No returns accepted for customer disliking the product after purchase.

2. Mandatory Conditions

  • A full unboxing video from the moment of package opening is required.

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging intact.

  • Return request must be raised within the same day of delivery.

  • Product must be returned within 2 days after return approval.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the product back.

  • Damages during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed if return is approved after inspection.

  • Refund Processing Timeframe: 3 to 10 working days after approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited with in 5 to 7 working days

5. Important Notes

  • Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.

  • NO EXCHANGE policy is applicable.
